1. The service
Genie Rewards provides a web-based spin-the-wheel rewards platform for restaurants, including campaign management, WhatsApp OTP verification, redemption tools and analytics. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate business details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff accounts you create.
3. Rewards are your obligation
You define the rewards on your wheel and are solely responsible for honouring them. Genie Rewards facilitates the mechanic; the offer is between you and your diner.
4. Fair use & fraud
You may not manipulate spins, misrepresent odds to diners, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We enforce spin quotas per plan and may suspend accounts engaged in abuse. Every probability change you make is recorded in an audit trail.
5. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in INR via Razorpay per the pricing page, exclusive of GST. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply from the next cycle. Cancel anytime — service continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
