Every restaurant owner we spoke to had the same complaint: full tables, forgettable visits. The tools on offer were either global loyalty platforms that assumed everyone downloads apps, or discount aggregators that traded margin for one-off traffic.
India dines differently. Diners live on WhatsApp, pay by UPI, and won't install an app for a free dessert. Owners run their business from a phone between orders and need invoices their accountant won't argue with. So we built for exactly that: a spin-the-wheel moment at the end of a meal, verified on WhatsApp, billed through Razorpay, GST paperwork included.
The bet is simple: coming back should feel like a game you're winning, not a coupon you're clipping.
Big chains have loyalty departments. We give the café on the corner the same repeat-visit engine — for the price of a few plates of biryani a month.
